Meet the RD
Anouk Shelton, MBA, RD, LD, CNSC
Anouk is the Owner and Registered Dietitian of Michiana Nutrition and Diabetes Education. She completed her bachelors, masters, and dietetic internship in the Chicagoland area, but has lived and worked in Northern Indiana for several years now. She has specialized experience in Clinical Nutrition, Nutrition Support, and Diabetes Management.
Anouk started MNDE after realizing the need people have for evidenced based nutrition counseling, and the lack of resources currently available to patients and clients in the area. Outside of nutrition counseling and education, she loves being with her friends and family (and dog), and traveling with her husband Kyle.
